We are very excited to announce the launch of a new improvement to the AIRE website!
The Needs & Wants search system is one of the most utilized tools provided to our membership. We have improved this valuable tool to help our members save time and be more efficient as they utilize the AIRE website. We have now added a Match-Making feature.
The AIRE Board is focused on providing value to our members and improving technology tools and this new feature will do just that!
The Match-Making feature will instantaneously provide you with a list of active properties already in the system which will match your Needs & Wants requirements upon submission. This list will be live and you can connect with each property right from the webpage. In addition to the current automatic email announcing your requirement, you will receive the list of matching properties as well. The system will also simultaneously notify each listing broker that your requirement is a match to their listed active property.
As long as your requirement is active in the system, you will continue to receive email notifications of any newly added properties that match. (Below is a sample of what the email will look like)
